Overtime does not exist for you - you work it, but don't really get paid for it. And, you don't get paid extra to work holidays. I left the studio making $12.05 an hour...and, I went in to the position with two years of photography experience, but no management experience. There is an ESOP program which is incredible - the company is all employee owned and I think that's an awesome charactistic. Once you've been with the company for five years, you're invested and the money will not come back to you until a certain age...if you leave before hand, you will get the money that you put in, in a check a few months later. You do get vacation and sick time - as a manager or a part time/full time employee.
