All other employees (not for manager positions) would interview with the manager of the particular store they are applying with. Most of the questions were about past experience - but you don't need past photography experience because all of the training is done within the studio by the manager. They need to know that you are reliable because when you are scheduled to work, you really can't call in because there is not anyone who can cover your shift. There are limited employees.
