My Salary Has been Capped since the Year 2000. I have watched the cost of my health insurance raise while I receive less & less benefits. I have been informed that the Company will not guarantee that they will continue to offer a health insurance program for the retirees. I am 60 years old and realize that I will have to work to 65 to reach medicare. The retirement insurance cost that they do offer is too high for me to even think about retirement. I work 40 hours a week. (on my feet all 40) I work hard for Penneys and receive less and less each year. I feel that they discriminate against the older employee. Why would anyone want to go to work for a company knowing that in the long run you won't ever get another raise.
