Awesome company. The pay is decent, but the work is hard. You have to
dedicated and available. Part time associates do not get a ton of hours
until Christmas and, at that point, the best employees get the most
hours. Managers make bonuses so long as their sales improve by a certain
percentage and there is an annual meeting schudled in different places
every year. They're located in the mall so they work mall hours - don't
start until 9 and end usually at 7 or 8. Christmas season extends the
hours, but you're never there past 9, which is great. You get some of
the holidays off - Christmas day and New Year's Day, but you work the
eves of both holidays. So long as there is a good staff, it's alot of
work, but a really good time. You have to like kids and people or you'll
hate the job.
