Need better security measures though. Too easy for customer to go into the dressing rooms and steal items. Need fitting room attendants. Managers are very helpful. Hourly wage is NOT competitive. I Have known people who worked for lazarus for about the same time i have worked for penneys and they make almost double what i do. I am not happy!!!!!
