My base salary was $45,000 plus monthly bonuses if you could beat sales
plans
that were always very challenging to meet, or beat! The best part of
J.Crew was
the P.T.O. (Personal Time Off) time that you received on day #1 on the
job. At
the beginning of the year you could have about 5 weeks of vacation time.
Quality
of Life was great comapred to other retailers as long as you
could "deliver"
results!
