When I was hired I knew I was the most qualified candidate so I asked
for the
top pay scale for the position. I have changed jobs since then but still
am
quite
satisfied with my pay. I have heard from other employees that is not the
case
for
them and they are consistantly refused raises even though they deserve
them. I
advise getting in as high as you can because once you're in here, they
don't
raise you up that much as their HR software refuses to let you get paid
more
than
your job pay scale. In other words, they refuse to be flexible.
Every year they conduct employee evaluations and they impacts your raise
(if
any). They require that a certain amount of people fall into each rating
therefore a lot of employees last year that deserved the highest were
shoved
down
to a lower rating and got a lesser raise.
