The company is a great place to work as far as the benefits go. I have
worked at some pretty good companies in the past but this has REALLY
GOOD benefits packages available.
The dress code for my department is easy because uniforms are provided.
The hours are good.
I don't care much for the corporate culture here. The POLITICALLY
CORRECT part drives me crazy. It is so bad that you can't even call a
Christmas Party a Christmas Party, it has to be a "Winterfest." I don't
care much for political correctness anyway.
The opportunity for advancement is strange here. It really is a "brown
nose" system and is based on either that or "who you know." There is an
example right here in my department. A new Supervisor was hired that
doesn't know ANYTHING about gaming. He was hired because he was friends
with the head of the department. There were WAY more qualified people
in the department that got overlooked. And there was a lot of comments
about that on the floor.
