Service Tech II As long as the government does not file some sort of anti-trust action this company should have a good future for 10 years or so. This companies STRENGTH is it's lack of meaningful competition. We own the rights to so many games and so much equipment that any other company would have to re-invent most of our stuff. It's WEAKNESS, the same thing, lack of competition. The number one issue for me is employee moral, or the lack of it. You aren't rewarded for good work and you don't get any raises other then the yearly cost of living raise. For example, I was 2003 Tech Certified in less then 6 months and SHOULD have gotten a raise at that point. EVERY TECH at that point should get a marrot raise.
