1. Registered with an employment agency on the Internet when I was in
Australia
2. The agent came back and interviewed me in the first instance.
3. The agent asked me to send more details regarding each of my previous
positions.
4. Then IBM had first interview over the phone: questions included why
do you want to relocate from AU to NZ, where do you see yourself in five
years time etc.
5. Then I had a second inteview with IBM which included more specific
questions relating to the job and technical questions. There were two
interviewers - one manager the other team leader who was more technical.
6. Then I recieved a job offer from my agent.
7. I negotiated the Rem package and all the parties agreed.
8. With in 4 weeks, I packed my bags and landed in IBM New Zealand!
