Each persons had read in detail my resume and transcript for University - it was not a test - but a joint exploration into what we both had in common - what I wanted to do/liked and what was available at this job location (projects & positions). Of the 10 other companies I interviewed with - it was the best. Only one other company did something I liked that IBM didn;t do - they met me for dinner the night before to explain what to expect and to talk informally about the area/city.
