I submitted my re'sume' via the internet and received a telephone call
from them the same day. I was set up for an interview two days later.
Upon entering the building I was greeted by a very young and personable
receptionist who offered me a cup of coffee, which I graciously
accepted. While I waited to meet with the CFO I listened carefully to
what the employees did around me. I liked the casual banter and the fact
that they were very helpful to each other. They didn't even know I was
there. The interview went well and I was very comfortable, the
experience was like talking to a long lost friend. Most of the questions
that were asked of me were directly related to my field, but there was
an emphasis on the importance of diversity and acceptance of all people
in their workplace. My second interview took place about one week later
with the General Counsel. This person was also very charming and open
with me. I was asked more formal questions about my experience in the
field as well as various questions related legally to HR.
