$5k sign on bonus
1,000 stock options
Performance bonus - up to $2k
Profit sharing bonus - currently about 7% or $4k (guaranteed)
First year potential total = $69k
9 months probation before talks of tuition reimbursement for continuing
education. Will not pay for MBA for Engineers.
