PAID A FEE FROM THE REVENUE THE PRACTICES GENERATE. HONESTY IS
ECLIPSED BY GREED. ONE EMPLOYEE LIKEN INTEGRAMED AMERICA TO THE MOB.
IT GIVES PRACTICES OFFERS THEY CANNOT REFUSE AND USES ITS RESOURCES TO
ENCOURAGE CONTINUED DEPENDENCY RATHER THAN SELF-RELIANCE.
