I have learned that the more you know about each position at the company, the
more knowledge and help you can be. When I was a Marine, I learned every position
from the private,just coming into the fleet, to the officers(paperwork,
professionalizm, attention to details). I have had the opportunity to do the same
here. From doing courtesy officer, to maintenance, house keeping, and desk clerk.
The call it the "Shawn Hernandez Position." My salary was at $8.50/hr for
courtesy officer. I am currently the maintenance with a salary of $250 a week.
Thank God it is not about the money but about the will of God for my life that I
took a pay-cut. Will be getting vacation now which is a plus for my time in the
company.
