Job Title Salary Survey
Engineer I retain 15% of a company I did not help establish, I came 2 years into the game. I am not personally vested in the company, I never will be, except for the part of my life I've offered up in exchange for money, and have the ability to cash in for nearly $300,000 USD. The company pays for my transportation, a 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT a $42,000 bonus for my contribution and continued work at the company. Aside from this I take home 1400$ every two weeks, right-around $50,000 a year pre-tax. I am provided full benefits, employees here are offered practically anything they need because what makes it possible for us to do our best is that we are well provided for, taken care of and watched over as any good investment should be. Not one of us "pulls a paycheck", we all feel we have a fair trade in terms of the value we add to the company and the dollars the company pours into us to remain employees here.
