Corporate Culture: Our company is very professional, we provide a solid
corporate structure while remaining very personal among one another. We
are a softare development firm, we have flexible 24/7 hours, wear what
we like and pay for employee cars, meals, gasoline, even offer stock
incentives after 6 months, places to live etc. I feel at times like I
work for a billion-dollar corporation when I don't. I hope everyone
with substantial talent finds themselves in a similar situation because
it's only fitting. So many companies are willing to rake in bottom-
dollar employees to save a buck or two, it's as though the entire
economy is forgetting why people get paid a buck or two. We get paid to
produce, we get paid well, as all men who produce should. I would never
ask to work for another man, and when I attain financial freedom I will
continue working to make this company a dominant presense in their
market both because I have personal interest in its success and because
I agree with the politics of every employee, in hiring people it's
important that you consider not only the impact the person will have on
the company but the impact the company will have on the person. It's
not right for a company to watch a good man wither, and it's not right
to watch a good company fail because of an employee.
