Our competition is weak, stagnating and unaware they have a full team
of very bright, talented and well funded developers creeping up behind
them. We expect to capitalize on our target market segment, and know
for a fact we will have no trouble doing so. We are already lined up to
do major work with well-known DoD-borne and similar organizations.
Emlpoyee morale is what we make it, we're elitests and we only hire
elitests because in our line of work we realize the only two things you
can count on today is the value of a dollar, and a persons ability to
produce value. If i had to lend helpful advice to others seeking
employment in my field I would offer a token: This is a tradeskill, a
talent-based market. Those of us who eat, sleep and breath what we do
rule the market, everyone else is a looter, if you don't have the IQ,
the experience and the skills to do the best that is possible, get out
of everyone elses way, you're just clogging the system and making it
harder for those who actually have some value to offer the industry.
It said to be honest.
