I sent my resume to the company after finding the job listing on a job
search Web
site. They called within the week. My interview was with a company vice-
president. There was only one interview. It lasted for two and a half
hours, but it
wasn't particularly challenging. In fact, very little regarding the job
was said. He
told me what the company did and what the job would involve and asked if
I had
any questions. I filled out a standardized job application form
(remember to bring
phone numbers for your references), and after that we spent the next
hour or
hour and a half just talking like people who had met for lunch -
weather, sports,
small talk types of things. I got a phone call later that afternoon
asking if I wanted
the job.
