This company is 21 years old and still relatively small. They have some
big
names on the client list, but there are other competitors in the field
with equally
impressive lists.
I'm unsure of how they've lasted this long, but I feel that the company
only hurts
itself by treating its employees badly. They could become the number one
company in the business if they would put an end to the hire-and-fire
cycle. Their
core group who has been there since the beginning keeps things churning
along, but by getting rid of everyone else every few months to few
years, they
break down relationships that have grown between employees and clients.
When you're hired, it sounds like a wonderful place based on the
benefits, but
once you get inside, you soon hear the true story from a lot of unhappy
employees.
