Hours: Most people work eight hours / day. Those working with
customers tend to work longer days (not more than 10 hours).
Diversity: Diverse company-wide, although some departments have only
one sex. For example, everyone in Sales is male (except maybe one
female), and most application scientists are male as well.
Dress code: casual. tan slacks and a nice shirt. On Fridays, the
company has a "Hawaiian them" day where everyone wars these godawful
Tommy Bahamas shirts.
Opportunities for advancement: Sales & Marketing & Business Dev. have a
lot of career advancement. Those in R&D do not.
