The way to get employed is that you call or send an E-Mail, and make
arrangements about a jobinterwiev. It takes about an hour. Then the
supervisor ask you some questions about 1??st your personal life, why
you want to join the company. Also about what your expectations are for
the company. Then we talk about what goals you might have in the
furture. First the supervisor talks about the company. What it stands
for, what policies there are. You dont have to aks alot of questions
yourself. They dont expect that you ask alot of qoustions i might say.
But normally, you offcourse have questions to ask. At the end of the
interwiev, you recieve a question paper, where they would like to know
what your plans are for the future, where you expect to see yourself in
5 years from now, what dreams you have for the future. And if you have
been working with telemarketing before. Just basic questions about
yourself, so they can get a better image of you. It is only one round
of interwiew that you have to go through. And its onlu 1 person that
interwiev you.
