The overall outlook for the company is: Its a nice place to work in.
And you dont have to ba a non smoker to be assigned to the company. but
there is still taking notice to the ones that dont smoke, But you can
only smoke in the ?? lunchhour that you have and 2 breaks during the
day. So its not a problem for non smokers to work there. The strength
of the company, is that you learn alot about what moves in the IT
market. You build up your own database with different things about IT.
You learn about investment-plans for companies. The morale of the
company is Freedom under obbligation. Another good thing is, if you
want a vacation, you dont have to plan ahead. You can come with a 3
days notice, that you eant to take a weeks vacation, or two for that
matter.
