If the company keeps growing like it is and if the environment in the
call centers remains the same, I don't see the company going far. Due to
the restraints on the employees, customer satisfaction is at risk. The
employee morale is terrible. The employees are great, caring people.
All are very nice. The managers are very nice. The processes are what
is failing. Products are great and very flexible. Satisfaction depends
on the member and provider. Many problems are due to members not knowing
what types of insurance plans they carry. The company is weak in
attracting and keeping providers. Members who need medical attention in
some cities have very few providers to see.
