I have seen the company from a fledgling to its current state. The
senior management is extremely open and willing to try new things,
though a trifle on the cautious side. Corporate culture is very open,
very relaxed. Lots of processes and practises in place, most good, some
not so good - overall, the atmosphere is enabling rather than
restricting. There is a high focus on visible results, which has its
good and bad parts - it fosters a healthy competition, but also puts a
premium on visibility and "slogging". Fast growth of the organization
has put a strain on human resources, primarily the middle management -
so there is a premium for good project and line managers.
