I have never worked at a more frustrating place. The employees are all
treated without care. No one works as a team. Management doesn't seem
to know what they are doing. Its nerve wracking to have the plant
manager telling an employee to shut their mouth. Tell them
that all the temporaries are nothing but trouble and have been nothing
but a pain in the ass since they came through the door. A lot of double
standards go on. One woman comes in a busts her butt doing things for
herself while another right close by comes dressed to work like she is
going on a date and everybody else does her work for her. Funny but
they both do the same thing but different lines.
There is no opportunity for advancement. They have a job bid system but
I dont know why they change it anduse it to their own advantage. Take
people out of jobs that they won in bids and move them to wherever they
want to put them at the time.
Whoever schedules production sure needs some training.
