Interviewing is onerous at Honeywell. Plan to set aside at least half a
day. You'll be interviewed by at least 3 people on the first go
around. If they like you, you'll be invited back for another half day
session with a higher level group of people (I'm speaking for non entry
level professional positions here). Questions tend to be behaviorally
based (tell me about a time when you.....) or results based (how did
you impact sales on your prior job and what did you do to get that
result...). You will be most successful if you provide your
accomplishments in numeric terms, even if those numbers are
unscientific and absolutely unverifiable.
