I am currently an hourly associate, paid at the rate of $10.75 per hour. My last
yearly salary increase was 3%. I was hired in May of 2000 at the rate of $8.50
per hour. We are offered several levels of health insurance for which we pay a
portion. We have a 401K plan with the company matching our portion to a specified
level. We are offered a stock purchace plan. Paid vacation is two weeks a year
for the first five years, three weeks a year for a five to ten year employee, and
four weeks a year after ten years. Hourly employees get a year end bonus of a
$25.00 Home Depot Gift Card and 10% off any one purchase. There is no regular
employee discount on purchases.
