Job Title Salary Survey
Salaried manager I will say the salary package did match my skills, years of experience and credentials at the time they hired me. They asked me what I made at my prvious employer and offered me the exact amount. The bonus package is so confusing I can not explain it, nor understand it. Since last year they have changed it drastically, too. The district managers also have a discretionary pot, or amount, of money they can pay to a manager. Last year you could receive stock options as long as you had an outstanding performance review rating, and this has changes, and is available to store managers only. Vacations are accrued at a fair amount, but can be very difficult to take. In fairness, and without sounding sarcastic, there are no special perks or reimbursements. For example, when you work a six day work week or a holiday, you do not receive a comp day. This year they have lowered wage for all employees and managers.
