Job Title Salary Survey
Associate Development Supervisor and others There is a store bonus program for all associates, but don't plan on buying a new car with the proceeds. We had a store manager who rarely came out of his office and he got the biggest chunk of the bonus. The hourly folks got some money, but only if you are at the store for the prescribed length of time... usually one year plus the time it takes for them to calculate and distribute the bonus - another 2-3 months. Hourly people can only expect to make about $7.50/hour as a cashier and maybe $8.50 for a floor sales position. Once in a while the company is a little more generous although I did see a memo from a district vp that said HD was paying it's help too much. The CEO Bob has to make his bonus we know.
