The overall business outlook is wonderful. They are the #1 retail giant
in home improvement.They cater to a very large customer service base
because everyone who needs home improvement attention can go there and
get what they need.Since they are the #1 giant in the business,
distribution is a premium for them in order to meet customer demand.They
have the best products and stand behind their services 100%.The only
downside to the company is there employee morale.And I think this is a
workforce dilemma that we are facing today.The wages and compensation
packages for employees,especially those with families versus those for
management.The gap is really wide and widening.It is a wonderful company
to work for as long as you do not get caught up in the politics of the
business.
