Holder Construction Co. is a leader in the commercial construction
market. We pride ourselves on not being the biggest, but the best! The
people are truly what make this company great. The Human Resources
department works very hard to bring in the best and the brightest and
their hardwork really shows. Everyone at Holder Construction works
together as a team to get each project done. Official office hours are
from 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. However, everyone works as many
hours as it takes to complete each job, even if it requires working 20
hour days. Everyone is required, at a minimum, to come to work with
casual business attire (dress pants, skirts, collared shirts, etc.). We
have many clients visit each day, so personel appearance is very
important to the company. Hard work is both expected and recognized!
Opportunities for advancement are available in both the preconstruction
department and the operations department. Advancement is entirely
performance based.
