Job Title Salary Survey
Customer Support Analyst The salary package offered initially was for around 40,000 per year with two weeks vacation time initially. The vacation time increased to three weeks after five years. The benefits were with Blue Cross Blue Shield and were excellent benefits that cost me nothing and were completely paid for by the company. I recieved a phone, fax, computer, printer/scanner/copier, and pager. The 401K plan was also excellent in that they matched up to 5 percent of what you placed into the plan and you were completely vested after 3 years of service with the company. There was also the year end bonuses which amounted to close to 12,000 a year if everything was going well and the review that you recieved for your work was excellent. These were all based on a yearly review, company profits, company compliance, and personal performance which was then figured into a percentage of your salary and multiplied by how well the company did that year.
