The application was completed at the time of the first interview. The second interview was scheduled with the manager & a physician about 2 weeks later. There was no contact after 2 weeks. Contact with Human Resources was met with no answer. After another month HR indicated the position was not approved & could not be filled. Finally in Jan 2002 it was decided the position was approved & an offer made. The interview questions were a regurgitation of the resume.
