I had my interview with the human resource director. I initially
applied for a sewing position because I needed any job at that point.
However, after the human resource director saw my resume, my school and
previous employment, she wanted the CAD supervisor to interview me. I
was them interviewed by the CAD supervisor and was shown the department.
After my interview, the human resource director offered me a position
and pay. I took the offer immediately. The questions asked were very
general; previous employers, my interests, what I would do in a
situation where I did not know the answer to a question, etc. The
entire interview was about two and a half hours long.
