I started at $37,000/year and after 8 months of working 40 - 60 hours
per wk,
was given a prorate raise of 3.5% = $37,800+. My performance on my
review
reflected that I had done a great job as a member of my team, but I was
still
stuck with a 3.5% raise. Upon further research (once I started looking
for
another job), I found that new hires were going to be paid $38,000.
Other benefits included 401(k), Med, Dental, Vision, Employee Life, and
AD&D.
They also give you 16 vacations days and 10 sicks days. After 5 years
you can an
extra 5 days called splash you can take. Their benefits package is very
good
overall.
