The starting range for customer service in 2002 was 25,000 which is very
good for this area. Benefits are very generous and paid for almost 100%
by the company for individual coverage. There is free lunch, free
breakfast, snacks, 2 fully stocked coffee stations with a refrigerator
full of a dozen different varieties of soda and juice and bottled water
on each floor. There are 11 (?) paid holidays and 16 PTO days each year
as well as 14 sick days. On some teams, when staffing is short, it is
hard to get time-off requests approved. There is a national year end
profit sharing bonus as well as a global profit sharing bonus, each in
the range of 3-5%. Throughout the year at different assessments smaller
bonuses are given in the form of american express gift checks ranging
from 50 to 250$ Managers reward exceptional work often in the form of
gift cards to local restaurants for "on the spot recognition."
