The first is a phone interview, where generally they find out your background, your experiences, and things such as that. I bypassed that part because I was recruiter through a head hunter. The 2nd interview is a 4 hour interview with 3 separate individual managers. They ask questions such as "What technical experience do you have?" "Have you ever worked in a team environment?", "Have you ever worked with a team member that was not preforming his responsibilities, and what did you do about it?" Each manager would ask questions and write down the answers, and many times ask for more explaination or details.
