First, Hesperian has a temp agency find qualified candidates to meet
with. The the Manager of Operations and the (soon to be old) Fund
Administrator met with the qualified candidates to find who had the
right qualifications and personality to work with the group best. Then I
met with one of the owners and then the Portfolio Manager/Owner.
I was asked about any prejudism, I appreciated that. I really thought it
was great that personality was such an important contibutor to the
person getting the job.
