Since 2002 I am managing the South & East Europe by including in it all
East European countries, Middle East, Arabic Gulf and English speaking
Africa (excluding South Africa).
Existing sales team are active in Italy, Spain, Austria, Polnad and
Czech Republic. Agent, Distributors and Business Consultant in Hungary,
Rumania, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Emirates and Saudi.
Present business struvcture allow to deliver almost full chemical
package to pulp and paper industries with special regards to the tissue
producers.
Sales team highly motivated and trained to deliver their value to the
customers. Need to further develop local strategies in Spain and
Austria, to strenghten the business skills in Eastern Europe and to
develop middle management.
High sales and profits turnover and very high market share by specific
countries or areas. Plan to improve business profitability through
Process Redisign and cost control.
