The interview process was very typical, asking questions about my past experience and how those might translate to a career in consulting. There were also questions about why I chose to work for a HR consulting firm and what I hoped to get out of it. I was not given a behavioral event interview, which are typically 3 hours long and are very specific. However, many prospective employees are put through these interviews.
