businesses from medium to large companies both local and multinational.
Company culture is project based requiring a lot of networking. The
company is multi-cultural but offices are local which makes it very
intersting to work for. Colleagues have different background but all
consultants have one or more university degrees. We have high level of
independence and can benefit from the top quality research of our
company. We have a very good and strong brand name and high prestege on
the market. Working hours are flexible abd sometimes rapsodic generally
requiring a careful match with private life. Dress code is strictly
business with clients, occasionally informal with colleagues. Travel is
part of life. Typical carrier ladder is junior consultant, consultant,
senior, principal, team head etc... Carrier progress requires experience
and ability to deal with more complex problems and effectively
communicate with different audiences. The job needs a lot of empathy.
