Working at the Hartford, is one of the mosy unique places you ever could
work. The essence of the Hartford is like no where else. The teamwork
is phenomonal, and everyone is a big family! If a fellow employee is
struggling, whether it be with a work situation, family, money, stress
ect, we all rally around that person, and support them.
The Hartford has just been deemed as one of the top 5% call centers
in the United States for customer satisfaction!! What an
accomplishment!!
Overall the corporate culture is wonderful! You would not know
who the site leaders are, if you were not formally introduced; they are
so down to earth, and easy to work with.
The dress code is business-casual, but on special holidays, we
are allowed to "dress down" in jeans.
We are very liad back group of people, and diversity is what we
strive to accomplish.
Hours are very reasonable, 7am to 8 pm CST monday through
Friday, and 7am -5pm saturday. No sunday hours, except in claims, where
they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for our customers
convenience, in case of a loss in the "off" hours.
There are tremendous opportunities for advancement within The
Hartford, with hard work , and determination.
