As a key player in HR systems, I can relate that most Hannaford
corporate and Operations positions were filled through behavioral
interviews. People are asked to describe situations, their behaviors and
the direct results. Jobs are defined by skillsets required and applicant
behaviors that reflect those skills.
Retail positions vary in approach. Some use behaviorial interviews while
other baseline positions require much less.
all initial interviews require the Reid test. This is a pen and paper
test for behaviorial attitudes towards others, safety, and the company.
