Org Development and Training Director As a key player in HR systems, I can relate that most Hannaford corporate and Operations positions were filled through behavioral interviews. People are asked to describe situations, their behaviors and the direct results. Jobs are defined by skillsets required and applicant behaviors that reflect those skills.
