The corporate culture was very relaxed, particularly since this was the
corporate headquarters. The main partners and founders of the company
made it a point to get to know all their employees and provide
opportunities that suited what each individual was seeking. Hours were
generally 40 per week, but when a project deadline was approaching
sometimes it would increase by 20-30%. Dress code was somewhat
informal, but presentable particularly when meeting clients or
potential clients. Much diversity in the firm, representation from
people all over the globe. People were generally hardworking and
produced more than the average of their position. there were
approximately 200 people at this company in 1997.
