I had a phone interview with the HR department followed by a face to face at the company headquarters. I then met with people from the hiring department and spent several hours there learning what they were looking for and how I might meet their needs. Overall, a pleasant experience. The only downside was it took them FOREVER to get back to me. I interviewed in late January and didn't hear back from them with a decision until early May.
