The cards are fantastic, much better than most of the products out there. It is the other items sold in the stores that are not as good. Employee morale is good, but not great. If Hallmark is going to grow, we're going to have to diversify and I don't know if the family is ready to go there. Everyone else at other companies are going through the same thing, so I'm not worried about it. But, overall, great company and one that is supportive of the invidividuals' opportunities to learn and grow.
