The atmosphere at Hackensack University Medical Center or HUMC as we
call it is absolutly the best expierence that I could have with and
employer. They not only have the latest enhancements in medicine but
also incorporate culture at the hospital as well, for example herble
treatments, natural approuches to medicine. They have all people of
different shapes, sizes, races, cultures. You name it they have it
there. Dress code is very important to the hospital, most titles have a
certain dress code that must be followed, after all you must look
presentable, that way patient satifaction (which is the absolutly most
important to HUMC) stays at a high standard. We have won several awards
and it makes me proud to say I work there. There is also excellent
opportunities for advancement, they encourage it by offering classes in
certain subjects and paying a tuition for college students.
