Moving to more performance related bonus in place of high base salaries, but
will commit to total compensation amounts for transition to The Guardian. Bonus
are for the most part based on the individual's meeting business goals. But this
process needs futher development. Officer long term plan to be improved. Good
value/coverage of the overall benefits plans with the company-wide performance
plan making up for an average package otherwise.
Compensation is geared to be competive in the marketplace, because the company
is attracting new talent at the corporate office.
