My first interview was with the representative from the recruiting firm who was working as a consultant in Guardians Human Resource department. My second interview was with a manager of the Specialty Life area. The interview was basically a standard interview but the manager gave a little written test of 3 questions which required analysis to be done in order to answer them. I was then interviewed by the managers two bosses directly after the interview. After the interview I went home and contacted the recruiter that sent me there and was informed that they were interested in making me an offer contigent on a background check. It took approximately 1 week for the background check to be completed. I then had to meet with the Human resource representative again and schedule a physical exam before being hired.
